Broadband down
My broadband is not working and has been on and off for over a week. This is unacceptable. I've run a check on the app which says everything is working however there are only two lights on the box and nothing is working

What have you tried so far, have you rebooted your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
