My broardband is down overnight in the Southampton area, and i am trying to work from home - i have done all the normal stuff switiching on and off but my middle light is still orange and the others are green - Sky isnt reporting any problems in the area - anyone got any ideas which may help - i cant even speak with anyone at Sky 0r as anyone got a magic number please
