Broadband down

Anyone in the NE Scotland without broadband?

Mines been dipping for the last hour but now completely without

How long has it been down for?

What area of the north east are you from?

I'm aberdeenshire & been down around 30 minutes now. It says I need an engineer out now

There were outages in AB24 and AB25 earlier on this evening.  If you run the service checker on your my sky app using mobile data it should let your book an engineer.  If the test comes back all good then just continue through the diagnostic to update
