This is the second time my sky broadband has been down in 2 weeks. The first time was an outage which lasted for one whole week - brought me into a lot of trouble at work as a home office employee, not to mention the financial impact there; finally it was back up and running after a week which lasted for a couple of minutes only, down again and I was told there will be an Engineer visit to my property to finish the fix - which didn't happen in the end but since the internet was running again the next day so thought it couldn't be bothered much. Then it's been running for just one week, complete down again.
I cannot put into words the frustration and stress it has caused me. I have to spend £40 to rent a temporary WiFi for just 3 days so my routine and work can go BAU. No empathy from Sky on the uncertainty and financial impact these had on me.
