Broadband down?

My broadband/wifi are not working. I have two green and two yellow lights on router.
I have tried rebooting but problem still exists.

I have the same mine amber ones are on internet and the voice I thought their something wrong with my hub I just got it yesterday 🙈🙈 the other two are green

@Auntiehayls & @Day2 your hubs have lost connection tonthe exchange. Run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection thatvwill tell you if there is a known fault if it doesn't call Sky and report tge issue so they can get it fixed.
