My broadband/wifi are not working. I have two green and two yellow lights on router.
I have tried rebooting but problem still exists.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Auntiehayls & @Day2 your hubs have lost connection tonthe exchange. Run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection thatvwill tell you if there is a known fault if it doesn't call Sky and report tge issue so they can get it fixed.
