Our broadband went down at 7am this morning. I have checked all cables and reset the router but the Internet light is still red/orange

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Hana21 there are more reports of issues than normal this morning but if you run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection and it doesnt report a known fault call Sky but lines could be rather busy.
