Broadband down yet tracker shows it is fine

This is happening continually my broadband goes down and cannot connect to it, yet the MySky app broadband checker is saying everything is working.....when clearly it is not!

@Andrew0001 the checker takes up to an hour to pick up,a dropped line as it uses the server lease which renews each hour. It would help if Sky pointed thst out but they dont.
