Broadband down in bristol

My broadband keeps dropping repeatedly. This is since last night. I tried calling and was told there was an issue with my broadband and to go online and work through trouble shooting steps and report a fault. I'm told online there are no issues even though the router lights indicate a fault and I have been unable to use WiFi for last couple of hours. I'm in the brislington area. I have not been able to find where I report a fault online.

@Ross79 straightforwardly you cant report online so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
