Broadband down for over 3 weeks!
My full fibre broadband has been down now for over three weeks and I feel I'm banging my head against a brick wall.
A CityFibre engineer visit just after the outage started confirmed it's an external fault and would need another engineer to come out. Since then, for the last two weeks, CityFibre have just been saying they can't access a maintenance cupboard (I live in a tower block) and there has been no further progress.
I have contacted the company that owns the building and they say that CityFibre haven't contacted them. Whenever I call Sky the operator says they'll call them and then get back to me. No-one ever does!
I feel I'm going round in circles with no resolution in sight and I'm completely fed-up. This is also affecting everyone else in the building

Re: Broadband down for over 3 weeks!
@mattblak these kind of issuesxare very frustrating as you cannot talk directly to City Fibre but if you can get details from your property company of the contact City Fibre needs and pass that to Sky it might help break the logjam.

Re: Broadband down for over 3 weeks!
Thank you for your reply. I've just spoken to Sky again and they've said that the latest update from CityFibre is they're arranged to come out on the 10th August. That's yet ANOTHER week away!
