Broadband down again

Broadband has gone down again all red light no connection at all

Mine went down at the same time with a green pulsing light but just this minute at 00:48 it's come back on to white

Mines randomly cut off too. Says on here fine, then not fine. Followed the instructions, took wires out and back in etc but now all I have is green flashing light. Glasgow area

Mines gone completely off too can't connect anything to it it's ridiculous I'm been having this problem for weeks now where it goes off for few hours then comes magically back on 

says everything is fine when you go to check it though if it carries on I'm tempted to leave sky go with another broadband provider

Any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…
