Need to speak to someone as broadband been down for a week, who do insoeak with to escalate

@HDav123 The obvious answer is customer service, give them a call and ask whats going on(if you've already reported the issue).

Yes tried twice, automated service just saying known fault and will let us know when up and working, round in circles springs to mind
