Broadband doesn't work

Hello,

 

For thr past 3 days internet was not working, it wss sometimes but at wrong time, whrn I was awake it didn't work. 

I work from home and need find out ehat's the reason

 

 

Firstly I wohld like to ask it to be fixed and 2nd I would like refund for missed days.
