Not my broadband just the sky Qbox. Ever time I have reenter the EE PW

@Feliciy Are you saying a Sky Q tv system box entering the password, then you also mention an EE PW so is that an EE TV box.

It's the PW of EE broadband  that will connect it to Qbox

@Feliciy So you have an EE Broadband problem, what EE hub do you have, link is included you you to look at. Need to know which one.

@Feliciy You have the EE Smarthub+ model, so you need to go set the router to use the compatible wireless feature paying attention to using WPA2-PSK mode of wireless when you set it up, have linked the EE help page for you to do it.

So I've done everything. I know have sound through my Sonos sound bar but no picture on the tv.

@Feliciy You have attached the sky Q wireless to the new EE wi-fi name, and it had NO issues finding it! 

 

Black screen no picture. Sound only | Sky Community

@Feliciy Not a sky Q person gave it all up years ago, link i sent about the black picture not sure how easy that is to do, sometimes the old off for 5 mins, and back on get's it all going, worth a try.

I feel like giving them up too! 
im now gone on the iPad to watch tv. 
maybe I should just become like the younger lot and never have a Tv!!

@Feliciy Doing all off this for a neighbour in 3 weeks time from now, getting new Fibre installed and the Hub is moving from the Back room to the Front room but all of the other stuff is staying put, sky Q, sky boosters so it's going to be a cluster flock to say the least, just bad timming or would have had it all off pat for you, Only difference still sky but i was with EE for 1 year and that was enough for me, the Feb FW update turned that good working EE Smarthub+ Router into swiss cheese overnight, i fought it for a month and EE said leave and i went back to Sky. EE out sky hub in ZERO problems....  

 

If the sky Q is close to the EE Router, i would connect them by the Ethernet Cable ports, that is way better and a lot more stable for the Q.
