Broadband disconnecting

I got my broadband last week. Unfortunately my connections is unstable, and has dropped several times a day. This is worse than my previous provider I just moved from. Can you either sort this out or alternatively I will need to look at cancelling this contract. The service is just too unreliable currently.

As customers here there is little we can do for you apart from asking you if you are yet to do so to try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
