Broadband disconnecting constantly

Over the last 3 weeks our broadband connection has been dropping consistently every 10 minutes or so. This happens during the day and night. Although everything i check the connection via the sky website and follow all the suggested steps, nothing seems to work. The sky broadband checker even tells me everything is fine even when the hub is showing no Internet.
