Broadband delivery

We have been given a date for delivery of our sky broadband but no one is going to be available to collect how can I change the date of delivery to a better time

If you mean delivery of the hub, these are dispatched by Royal Mail. Once out for delivery you should be able to track it. No one necessarily needs to be in and if no reply the postie will leave a note as to where they've placed the package (hopefully somewhere safe and dry).,

@NicoleMccarthy When is it scheduled for delivery or is it already on it's way, depending on RM or DPD delivery, you will get text regarding if/when and could respond to those!
