Broadband delivery

When will the broadband box be dispatched and how long will it take to arrive after the engineer has came and installed fibre cables?

Routers are dispatched to arrive a day or two (at most) before your activation date.

Once the customer services lines are back up and running after the major worldwide I.T. issues give Sky a call to chase it up but obviously the lines are going to be extra busy.
