Hi

is there any way I can get my broadband installed sooner?
I've been given the 19th as the date but that is a long time to go without wifi as I work from home.

You would already have been given the earliest date and with the bt/openreaci strike they would have a backlog of work

Nope, that'll be the earliest date available. If you need a connection for work then you'll need to organise a mobile Wi-Fi device until you're up and running.

@Emma+Murchie As per @cookiemonsteruk in addition working from home does not give you any greater priority with installs or even repairs, you get the same SLA's every one else does.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
