I am due to get sky and broadband activated pn 20th october but they have now moved my broadband until 26th why is this happened

@HelshyI think that the 20th is a strike day for Openreach and that is why the date has been changed.

From memory 20th is an openreach strike day so that bound to have put a lot of installs back

I can confirm the next Openreach strike date is the 20/10 then again on the 24/10
