Broadband coverage

Hi

Ever since your engineer updated our hardware we've had very poor reception to our devices. My daughter has university exams on 12th December online & her reception keeps dropping out, as does mine when working from home. Can you send an engineer please?

@John077 You need to call sky if you have a problem, dial 150 from your landline and get connected to sky Customer Service once you pass the security!
