We're on SkyQ and have the Superfast (HA!) package.
However, for some time now our broadband has been slow and, over the last few months has been randomly dropping out. We're not using it differently than we always have.
It drops whether anyone is actively online or not, with the orange light on the hub coming on and the settings page on the TV telling us that we have no internet connection.
It goes at any part of the day or night and can be down for a few minutes or several hours.
I work from home (teaching worldwide students) so a good connection is crucial (and why we upgraded in the first place). I've already had broadband drop out during classes and have had to refund students, so I'm literally losing my pay because of this issue.
I've tried ringing at least 3 different numbers to try and talk to someone but the call doesn't connect at all - just a faint hissing. I've tried making other calls to check the phone is ok, and have no problem with ringing anyone else today.
I read somewhere that I should post router stats. I followed the directions and copied and pasted but
keep getting a message saying that what I'm pasting isn't allowed, so I've had to remove it.
Any ideas on how I can actually talk to someone. This has become a high issue for us and we're desperate to solve it before I end up getting removed from my teaching platform for too many cancellations and lessons dropping out!
