Broadband constantly dropping

I have noticed that the internet connection was dropping unsally once in middle of night, then morning around breakfast and then around 5.30pm but just lately this has multiplied many times and can,be as many as 20 -25 times a day. Using the sky stream puck with such a unreliable service is almost impossible. Typically you have to restart programmes 4-5 times as they keep freezing or just looses connection. Worst decision we ever made changing from sky q, looks like virgin will have a new customer when contract expires.

@Fedupwithskystr look st the leds on the hub when you connection fails and follow this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

It is also worth running ghe full connection test in the My Sky app - ignore the intial result click to run the test - as thst can book an engineer to check your line if it picks up,a fault. All lines can occasionally have faults including Virgin Media's no network is or could ever be 100% reliable.

Re: Broadband constantly dropping

I have checked and it says the flashing amber is the hub resetting itself after software upgrade etc but 5-6 times a day this is happening with my hub. Surely this can't be right
