Broadband constantly dropping

For the last week or so my broadband connection has been constantly dropping, losing conncection with devices and the TV - particularyl frustrating when watching via the online apps!

 

When I check the router all lights are green. I have reset the box etc no improvement. 

 

Having to constantly reconnect the tv box to the router. Is this happening for lots of people or is it just me?
