Broadband connection
Good afternoon . I'm getting intouch wiyj regards to my broadband connection . Since installation in February the internet has been so poor . I have ran numerous internet speed checks and it's always coming below guaranteed speed from yourselves . When engineer come to install router he said he couldn't install it in my living room therefore installed it in bedroom what is 15 m away from my living room and sky stream box . Having the poor internet connection is affecting the sky tv. Always freezing and cutting off . I rang on Friday evening to speak to an agent and they recooemnded I got better internet package , now I don't believe I should have to do this when I'm not even getting the guaranteed speeds I am paying for now . There for I said to cancel both my packages unless this is solved . Thank you very much for any help

@DoreenRobb Are you paying for having sky Max as your package, using the White Sky Router?
