Broadband connection

Really fed up with Sky. Paid extra to improve my broadband connection. I have nothing else from Sky, but internet connection is no better. 😟

When I check connection on Sky app it says there seems to be a problem. Yet, when I check connection etc...it ticks all three boxes. But wifi is still terrible. And I paid extra for this! Scandalous and extremely frustrating.
