Broadband connection problems

Hi I'm having problems with Internet/WiFi connection it keeps failing every 30 minutes. Been on my account and had broadband tested and everything is coming up OK. Any advice plsase

I keep losing connection ony broadband. The lights on my box go off and come back on a couple of minutes later. This happens loads throughout the day and when the lights are on connection is poor even when the lights are all green. I have done tests and it says everything is fine but obviously it isn't. Very disappointed with the service

I have the exact same issue. I mostly use my EE Data. Sky havent helped much they sent me a new router that could only be delivered monday to friday during business hours, anytime I call or email they tell me everything looks good on their end. Its not even a distance issue as Ive been sat right next to the router and still have no wifi.
