Broadband connection keeps droping during Teams calls

I've been with Sky a couple of weeks and have on-going issues while working from home.

The Data light on my hub is flashing green, my Teams calls are continually dropping, and I cannot contact Sky. So what now!

@Karen29 How can you not contact sky? What data light are you talking about flashing green, is that an Ethernet connection, also have a look through the forum if you suspect your issue is with the sky Broadband Hub!
