Hi , wondering if anyone has had the same experience as I'm having now
changed from BT broadband to Sky , never had any issue with BT
sky was meant to be installed last Wednesday 14th Feb , It's now the 19th Feb and have no internet and no update. Being told issues are with open reach and no update can be obtained.
Very frustrated as having 2 kids with no internet it not good , can't watch tv in rooms etc.
I've had many phonecalls and no one can help me. One even said on a web chat yesterday to cancel and go with another provider which I was shocked at
any advice ?
