Broadband connection is extremly poor

The light on hub is white, but a red light keeps appearing underneath white light. Not all appliances i had before switch to Sky are connecting. Streaming channels are taking much longer to come on

@JacquelineG Is this all new to you the sky connection and by the looks off it the white sky Max Hub also?
