Broadband connection failure. Unhappy customer.

When I use the WiFi checker it says there is a no connection (last night) and now this morning the checker says good connection. I still have no broadband. I'm so disappointed in the broadband upgrade, it has made no improvement and is in fact worse. Please look into this.
