Broadband connection constantly losing connection

I have just plugged in my new router after upgrading my service.  However, now that i am connected, it loses connection about every 15 mins and recycles and then connects again. I have done every suggestion, reconnected, restarted ... to no avail.

any suggestions?

@GC2772 Have you changed from superfast to ultrafast with the change of routers?
