I've had Sky for over a year.
this morning I woke up and have two amber lights out of four - one amber for internet and one amber for voice.
can someone please help with this? The site runs a test and tells me I have broadband access, which seems right from my TV, but I do not have connection to internet!

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
Can you run the service checker using the link above and if it comes back green can you click on broadband please so that it can do an updated test of your broadband.

Thanks @Highlinder. Yes I have run that test and it says there is an outage in my area (this message only went live at around 9am ish however and I posted this comment before that). I have seen quite a few people in other chats are suffering from the same in my area (W13 postcode in LDN).
