Broadband cancellation

I cancelled my broadband 2 years ago and yet Sky continues to charge me for a service I am not using. I have moved on to BT Broadband. Upon cancellation, Sky sent a router box and I called them to come and collect it but they never did. Now I have cancelled the direct debit on my account, and Sky need to refund me all the payments they have taken from my account. The problem is that it is almost impossible to talk to anyone on the phone. On joining Sky, it is very easy to talk to someone but they make it very difficult when you want to leave.
