Broadband cable

I need to schedule an appointment with an engineer to run the internet cable through my wall, but I can't speak to a human at Sky. The cable currently runs through my window because the house was under construction when it was installed. Now everything is ok to drill the wall, but it's very difficult to contact Sky.

@DaniH2 It may be difficult but you will just have to keep doing so until you finally manage to get through and speak with someone, no other way to do as you are looking for!
