Broadband buffering

We had some problems with the broadband over the last couple of weeks.  Openrrqch came out and fixed a speed issue, but we are still having trouble with the WiFi dropping (green light still on the box).  I've tried restarting and resetting the hub, and have tried forgetting and reconnecting the next work on all devices.  My daughter insists that there is a problem with the router (and that is also impacts devices that are wired in), but everything on the Sky App shows the connection as green and all good.  Before I call Sky to ask does anyone have any other suggestions.  Thanks

Re: Broadband buffering

The issue appears to not just be with the WiFi, but also when the devices are wired into the box.   We have an Eero network set up as well, and I've tried unplugging that in case that was causing the interference (but to no avail).

Re: Broadband buffering

Sky sent a new router, but unfortunately the problem persists - can access WiFi and wired connection for the Sky Q Box, but other devices stop working almost immediately after they have connected.  Will call Sky again, as this has been the first time I've had a problem like this with Sky Broadband
