i have received a new router with a new wifi code. I cannot get my booster to connect. I have tried resetting the router but still only get the power and wifi lights showing up - not the connected light.

Any ideas?

The easiest way to get it to connect is to plug it in next to the router and connect the two via an ethernet cable. Then you can move the booster away and it should pick up the new network connection on wifi.

My booster will not connect, I have had right next to my hub, the only lights that come on are power and WiFi, please help
