Please help! My broadband booster has somehow disconnected from the hub at some point in the last two weeks. I have reset my booster and followed the set up instructions as per the website, but the middle 'connected' light is not lit up. The troubleshooting describes solutions if the light is red or amber, but I have no light whatsoever. I rang the automated helpline who ran a diagnostics check and said there is an issue with my home set up. I have set everything up again from scratch and it's still not resolved. Any suggestions welcome! Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ZLMills Wifi can be affected by interference so try unplugging then power to your hub for 30 seconds. To see if it connects once it has restarted fully. If that doesn't work try moving the booster closer to the hub.
