Broadband booster not ‘connected’
Hello there.
Some help would be really appreciated. My broadband booster isn't connecting, I've switched the location closer, reset the booster, and checked the power but the 'connected' light is still off. My devices are currently only connecting the my main broadband wifi box downstairs rather than the booster, so my wifi is poor and keeps dropping out.
Any ideas on what could be going wrong?
Thank you so much.

Re: Broadband booster not ‘connected’
Hi @AC0003
have you held the reset button on the rear of the router for 30 seconds then reconnected the booster via WPS?

Re: Broadband booster not ‘connected’
@AC0003 Take your booster down to the sky hub within a few feet of each other. pair them both once the booster has re booted and is ready to accept connection, takes a couple minutes, and indicated by all three lights on the booster! leave it 5 minutes and move the booster to where you need it, and try not to have it sitting on the floor.

Re: Broadband booster not ‘connected’
How do I move it without unplugging from power? Or does unplugging from the power source not reset the booster?
Cheers.

Re: Broadband booster not ‘connected’
Unplugging it does not reset the booster, there is a specific reset button on the rear of it.

Re: Broadband booster not ‘connected’
The link is unfortunately not helpful. I tried using is before resorting to the hub. I think there is a default issue with the booter.
