Taking out a new 2 year contract it shows on your upgrade options that Sky broadband boost is included in the overall final price
but on reflection of my bills you are charging £7.50 extra
your advertising is misleading if this is the case
tried to go through help section which was not helpful

And your duplicate thread on the Sky Talk board (which is for customers with landline phone issues) has been removed.

You are not talking to Sky here as this is a community where we help each other. You say you are being charged for this but do you also see a credit for it on the same bill , if not you will have to raise this with Sky by calling or using social media to get in touch with them.
