Broadband and wifi
Broadband and sifi. We have problems with wifi we cannot get it in half of the house despite having ultrafast broadband and wifi boost.
Recently we noticed that we have two ring mains one for the original house and one for the addition 18 years ago.
How do we overcome.
Oour telephone phone line also from sky thinking that we would cover all contingencies.
any thoughts or suggestions how to overcome this.?

Have you actually claimed separate booster hardware under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee? By itself, the Broadband Boost add-on doesn't actually do very much.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Broadband and wifi
@funnygirl How long have you had ultrafast and does your landline plug into the rear of the router, if so then that should not be any issue as any dect style with multiple handsets would cover depending on size of property. If you do have and are paying for boost option in your contract, then contact sky 150 on your landline and explain your wifi is not reaching all area's and as long as your extension is not apart from your property then you should be covered.
