Re: Broadband and telephone
@LindaBrown What colour are the lights on the box on the wall and did the engineer set up the router to use the full fibre box for you?

Re: Broadband and telephone
@LindaBrown Have you been informed that your are now active, and connected the hub up to the new ONT that was installed for the Fibre, the phone now also plugs into the back off the hub, but DO expect it to take upto 24-48hrs for it all to operate as you expect. Link below will show about how to connect.

Re: Broadband and telephone
@LindaBrown Explained that earlier in the post about where the landline goes and what to expect!
Linda, going to bow out off the conversation and leave you in the hands off @Highlinder this will reduce the questions and answer's you need! Jim

I would like to talk to someone please. I do not want to move my phone by the router as it's very hard to reach. I was not informed about this. At the moment I want it taken out!

Re: Broadband and telephone
@LindaBrown If you have been moved on to full fiibre then the phone will need plugged into the back of the router. You are not talking to Sky we are mostly customers like yourself.
If you need a phone that is connected to your landline elsewhere around the property you would be better getting yourself a set of wireless phones and having the base station plugged into the router.
