Broadband and talk activation delayed

My broadband and talk order or new contract was put in place along with my tv package in January this year I have been with sky 12 years nearly 13 and this was a new contract and new broadband package they were supposed to activate it late February and they haven't due to open reach needing to do work so I'm now paying a higher price for just basic internet and still not being told when it will be installed I was told I will get compensation? Is this the case?

You will qualify for a compensation credit that will be applied against your account and use to pay and part pay future bills as per this:

It should be added within 30 days of your broadband being activated,
