Broadband and mobile signals drop out throughout the day. You have twice accepted there is a problem and given me free data. I dont want that, i want it fixed. Its been over a month. Sort it or I'm out.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RWThomason the Sky mobile outages are being discussed in the Sky Mobile forum but you have posted in the Sky Broadband forum. Do you also have an issue with a wired broadband connection as that would be a separate issue?

Yes, both broadband and mobile are dropping out regularly during each and every day. Sky know there is a problem and every now and then they pop up and lob 2 GB of data my way. As I have 135GB banked, that's of no use. It's five weeks now and still no resolution. I want out so I can find a decent provider with stability in this area.
