Broadband and Talk Anytime package

My contract is due for renewal next month and I am into that dreaded haggling phase, where despite thanking me for my loyalty, they cannot (yet) get close to new customer deals that are freely available across the main providers

 

My specific question is about the renewal offers in MySky. They quote my current package correctly as Superfast with Talk anytime extra. They then list a range of full fibre "packages" For example with Full Fibre 100, there is a box saying " You will get an 80% faster broadband and your talk anytime extra"  Underneath they quote £38 in total.

 

When I rang to clarify, the agent said the best deal for my current package was £44.   Has anyone had a similar experience? By the way, I did try clicking on the £38 offer but it took me through the sign up process without clarifying what was included before I reached the acceptance page.☹️  Quite simply, is my talk package included or not?

The Sky Talk add-ons are not included in the initially quoted price for broadband: I've raised the confusing language with Sky elsewhere.

Thanks - I thought it was too good to be true but even so , very misleading the way it is set out
