Broadband and Router will not connect

Router ans internet access went off my Sky Q box yesterday. Numerous attempts to reboot and reconnect, without success. Have followed the on line assistance and still no change.

Is it just your Sky Q that has no internet connection so are you other devices likes phone connected and working ?
