I've received a letter to say the copper network is being switched off & I need to upgrade. The letter states the upgrade is free. All packages online incur a cost & nothing showing as a free upgrade in these circumstances. Very confused.
Did the letter say what to do, so was there a phone number you can call to upgrade to fibre ?

Unfortunately all the letter says is to go online & it can be done from there. I can find all the info regarding it online but nothing saying how to actually do it. Yes there is a phone number which I'll have to try. Thank you for your help
