Broadband adapter not delivered

Moved into boarded up property midday 21/3 unfortunately PO tried delivery before screens removed. PO website delivery to be tried next day. Nothing. Went to redelivery option on site, filled in for first time possible. Still nothing. Used tracking no on site comes back as pending, with no other information. Reading FAQs it says sender can request package back. Don't know what to do
