I am moving from BT to SKY and waiting for my broadband to be activated on 16.05.2025 - my BT contract ends on 09.05.2025. Whilst I am waiting for SKY to activate my broadband, does this mean I wont have internet at all between the 9th and 16th of May?

@Jamsurtee If you used the one touch system to switch then your BT service should remain active until your Sky service is activated, if you cancelled BT before ordering from Sky then you will be without service between the 9th and 16th.
