Broadband/WiFi

I am struggling to open documents in sharepoint on my work laptop, the IT department are adamant that there is nothing wrong with the laptop and potentially something wrong with the WiFi connection.. maybe a security block or something? Can someone help? Thanks

@Jo1304 what coulour Sky hub do you have and do you use a company vpn to log into Sharepoint?
