Hi,
I am seeing my broadband drop off to all devices but the check broadband status in mysky and it says all well. It sometimes comes on quickly other times I need to power the router off an on again.
It also goes slow occasionally. This happens regardless of what devices are being used (we can have TV/laptop and iPad all streaming with no issues) then it will go off when only TV and couple of phones being used when kids are in bed.
Router stats look like this but it means nothing to me.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Steveo1976 For the short time of those router stats there was no drops. Can you post router stats the next time this happens and not restart the router as it scrubs all the evidence needed to help you fix this issue.
